A Canadian man with gender dysphoria who now claims to be a “woman” has reportedly filed lawsuits against more than a dozen estheticians from the Great White North who refused to perform Brazilian “bikini” waxes on his male genitalia.
According to The Daily Wire, the man pretending to be a woman, who the media is referring to as “JY” thanks to a British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal “order” that bars the names of transgenders from being made public, could have received a “Manzilian” wax from other estheticians in B.C. who specialize in the obscure procedure. But instead, he decided to target estheticians whose policy it is to only serve actual biological women.
“In recent months, JY approached 16 Vancouver-area female estheticians who only serve women, requesting a ‘Brazilian’ bikini wax on his groin area,” John Carpay from the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms, also the lawyer representing at least two of the women being sued, pro bono, reportedly told the media.
“In spite of the fact that JY is able to obtain a Manzilian in Vancouver, JY has filed 16 complaints against these women at the B.C. Human Rights Tribunal, claiming discrimination on the basis of ‘gender identity,'” he added, noting that “the procedure for providing a man with a ‘Manzilian’ is quite different, using a different kind of wax and a different technique.”
Seeing an opportunity under Canada’s highly discriminatory policies that favor people who identify as LGBT, JY offered to drop these ridiculous charges against at least one of the women if she agreed to pay him $2,500. According to Carpay, JY could end up extorting as much as $35,000 for himself, should he decide to make the same offer to all of the women.
However, one of the women, Shelah Poyer, threatened that she would challenge JY’s complaint against her, prompting him to drop the complaint against her. Should the other women ultimately do the same, JY could end up with nothing other than worldwide embarrassment for making a total mockery of the justice system.
“In September of 2018, we informed JY of our intention to call expert evidence at Shelah Poyer’s upcoming hearing,” Carpay is quoted as saying. “Once JY recognized that Shelah Poyer had legal representation and was going to put up a fight, he withdrew his complaint. No hearing took place.”
It’s definitely a risk, seeing as how fighting such a complaint in Canadian human rights court costs somewhere in the ballpark of around $20,000, especially if the individual against whom a complaint is filed lacks legal representation. This was the case for at least one of the women, now represented by Carpay and his Justice Centre, who had previously been turned down by dozens of lawyers.
“One of the women represented by the Justice Centre had approached, and had been turned down, by 26 different lawyers and law firms, all of which cited lack of expertise in human rights proceedings, or fear of offending the transgender lobby, or both,” Carpay stated.
“Without legal representation, it is likely that most or all of these 14 women are going to pay settlement money to JY to escape the very stressful tribunal process.”
Keep in mind that the LGBT lobby is planning similar tyranny in the United States, where the Human Rights Campaign last year tried to pass a bill that would criminalize Christians and others of religious faith who refuse to bow down to the Cult of LGBT.
